Product photographs, colors, and proportions are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but screens and handcrafted or personalized production may create minor variations. You are responsible for reviewing all submitted names, birth months, material choices, engraving, addresses, and other personalization before completing payment.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment where payment cannot be verified, information is incomplete, production is not possible, fraud is suspected, pricing or technical errors occurred, or the order would violate law. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed on the site and may change without notice. The price shown when an order is submitted applies to that order, subject to correction of an obvious error. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.
